The chance mode at 100% doesn't change anything.

I meant client like badlion or lunar, etc.

Actually, there is a bug on Badlion that makes Reach break if you have advanced chance mode on.

Never any issue with reach while on lunar client and badlion client. You should report the issue if you get any.
