Do modules such as backtrack and lag blockhit work on hypixel? Are they any useful? I average around 140-150ms. Should I use, should I not? Recommend me some blatant bw configs or modules.

it can and you can combine it with jump reset, i will say that jump reset on its own feels better to me, the higher the lag velo the more its supposed to benefit you but from what ive experienced with 500-500 for both air and ground 90%+ of my hits just dont reg at all,

500 would be very high I wouldn't go above 100 for closet at MOST.
