Reach isn't everything on vape, it's true it gives you a huge advantage but it's possible without reach.
I've been using these settings on
Badlion/Zonix/Valux/MineHQ -> (warning: shit pot registration):

I can't guarantee you won't get banned but these settings are pretty simple. The only sketchy thing is the Strafe module but apart from that everything should be safe.
High ELO on most servers, would climb to top, but too busy for that shit. Also never been called/SS'd.
Edit: With these settings you'll literally never go past your opponent. (Strafe)
Edit v2: You have to be decent at the game in order to use these settings. They won't work if you're shit and use hitboxes on badlion.
