New Versions about Forge or Fabric or NeoForge?

Will version 1.21.4 support Forge or Fabric or NeoForge?
It seems that only the vanilla version is supported at the moment.
If none of the above is supported, some repair mods will not be installed. So do they plan to support any of them now?

you can inject into 1.21.4 lunar client fabric version but it needs more updates to be stable
