85 is main safe even on 100ms, you will not get banned for it with 150+
horizontal velocity is dynamic anyways if youre hitting the enemy due to how friction works in minecraft. the difference between 100 and 85 horizontal velocity is small enough to be within the margin of error - if you click fast enough, you virtually get no (horizontal) knockback anyways even without using velocity, which is why staff doesnt really ban for it anyways
EDIT: if you think 85 looks obvious, fear not, ive been using 80h 80v 100c for fun on my alt and i rarely even get hackusated for it (and if i do, its for my reach, not my velocity)
