Lag settings for low ping

I have around 30-50ms on average and was wondering what is the best settings to use for knockback delay, fakelag, and backtrack for closet cheating. Backtrack kicks me out of games if its 50-100 and I haven’t tested anything lower to see if it wouldn't kick me.

are you on 1.8.9 or 1.9+
if you're closet I wouldn't really use kbdelay and fakelag dynamic because both are blatant and can/will get you staff banned.
imo fakelag repel is ok as long as its under 100ms.

the reason backtrack has been kicking you is because it makes your ping jump from +50-100. backtrack is best on 50-50ms for closet
