It's safe up to a point; I use it between 3.0 and 3.2 at most and I don't have any problems. Between 3.3 and 3.5 it's already dangerous and reckless.

That's not true very low values like 3.05 can and still get flagged

Then it depends on the server; its anti-cheat might be strict, or your configuration might not be set to closet.

H With the option to activate only when you use Sprint, it's 100% undetectable if you don't exceed the limits.
