is it safe on hypixel? 190ms-230+ms

I usually use these settings on hypixel bw and sw. i have been banned once（maybe because of hitbox0.1）,so I changed some of them.
I don't want to be banned again.
190ms-230+ms
ac 16-18.3
reach3.2-3.4 i want to set 3.2-3.5
wtap i dont know how to set it
velo 80 100 100
scaffold 137-177
aimass10 angle133 range3.8
sometimes i will use legit ka
legit ka 12.1-15.4 swing range4 attack range 3.4 angle 85 mode health
I also would like to ask is ac→ blockhit auto safe??
And why ka doesn't work in bw doubles
And how can I use ka without a ban

Only toggle KA against other cheaters, don't use WTap. I could hardly read it so I'm pretty sure it's good.

Hello I will recommend you something but maybe you dont need to follow what I say.
About aim assist, better if you dont use a big angle because that will make your head make exorcist movements if you fight 2 or more at the same time.
*And if your objective is to be safe dont use KA, just autoclick + reach + aim assist if you are bad at aimint that is enough to kill legit people, maybe if you encounter a hacker you will then have issues.

it look safe to me since i also play with this ping (230ms-290ms)
oh btw when you use KA do you hold your Right mouse (Blocking) ?
