I have been eying the inventory modules for a while now.
Specifically InventoryCleaner and InventoryManager.
I always fumble everything to do with inventory and get killed more than not when in there I am sick of it.
I was wondering if these modules are safe to use?
I mean actually safe, like an aimassist or an autoclicker, not that "yes it bypasses atm" and then I get banned in a month.

To not spam the forums I was wondering about HitSelect also.
Is this safe too?
Excuse me stupidity perhaps I haven't been in the scene for a long time now, and I have to get up to date on all the news in the scene.

inventorycleaner and inventory manager are both safe, and in a way where it will bypass for even years.
Vape v4 specifically designed the modules to operate within human-possible behavior for long-term safety

to answer your question, the module itself (inventorymanager or inventorycleaner) cannot be detected by any anticheat, of course this heavily depends on how you configure it.
for example if you would set the click delay of inventory manager to 0-0, an anticheat can easily detect that you are impossibly fast and flag you immediately. the same principle goes for basically everything. setting autoclicker to 200-200 CPS would immediately flag anticheats because it is simply not possible to click that fast. aswell as settings aim assist to 500 speed.

if you are making a config, your main purpose is to mimic human output. for example: setting inventory manager click delay to 110-160, autoclicker on 14-17 and on Extra randomization. and generally something that is humanly possible

of course anticheats change and develop overtime so you wanna keep an eye out for that.
i recommend checking the vape v4 document of anticheat safety

HitSelect is completely safe at any percentage, i personally prefer the Active mode and i use anywhere between 70-90% but you may also use 100%, you can also learn more about the module itself here

Very insightful, great answer.
Yeah, I only tend to use "standard" modules. Things that can happend in game. Autoclicker and so on never reach or anything. I just had to make sure there wasn't some fishy stuff going on behind these modules.
