I've been using these settings for nearly a year on an mvp++ account and haven't been watchdog or staff banned once.

HitBoxes (my bbg) - Expand 0.32 (you can go up to 0.7 But its kinda risky so I don't do it often).
Velocity - 92H 100V 100C
Auto Clicker (I use an external clicker but it works fine on vape too) - CPS 11 - 14, Break blocks ON.
Aim assist - VSPEED 6 HSPEED 8 MAX ANGLE 180 DISTANCE 3.2. Click aim ON, Aim vertically ON and check block break ON.
Nametags (I don't always use) - Scale 0.4 Max Distance 100m Ignore visibles ON, Auto Scale ON, Hide Bots ON, Render Players ON, Health ON, Distance ON, Equipment ON and Strength Indicator ON.
Scaffold - Sneak Delay 28 - 40 (Mode legit).
FastPlace (I don't always use) - Held Item - Blocks - Delay 1 (Delay 0 might flag but I'm not sure).
Reach (I don't always use) - Range 3 - 3.3 Only While Sprinting ON.
SafeWalk (I use with fastplace). Direction Check ON
