I am not being funny. I'm being deadass. Those are the settings I actually use. You'll never get flagged for jump reset, maybe accused of cheating, but I use this to closet cheat on my 600star 8fkdr acc, and I've never been banned or even blacklisted on something like Urcrhin. If you want to 'tone down' settings that no one will detect. Thats on you.. But judging from the fact you are a 'new member' I'm guessing you don't know you can set custom values in V4?
