How do I make vape lite health tags work on Lunar 1.8.9

Title ^. For some reason whenever I use nametags and enable the health option the health is stuck at 0.5

idk if vape lite has this but in vape v4 u can turn on "health ;prediction" in the settings for servers that hide players' hp
