It could be that your setting is just too low. Or your fps makes it feel inconsistent. Either way turning up the speed should fix it.

It is inconsistent with obs on, otherwise it is 50-60 fps. And what setting tho?

it's a video and a picture of my settings and my issue (i am aware of "attach files" button but the file is too big so it didn't let me upload)
