For performance? Definitely, when you set it up right. Feather is basically just forge with a few optimizations and pre installed mods, so its convenient like lunar is supposed to be. I would still say forge is better because you can fully customize it but feather isn't a bad option if you want convenience.

Yeah u can also add your own mods, I'm pretty u can also used clients like liquidbounce or huzuni or sum

Its a forge based client, you can add any mods. I used feather in the past and tbh it wasn't bad at all, some of my suggestions got added too although I now use forge only.
