Mostly 50ms = 0.7 reach, so just do some quick maths

with 150 i use 3.2 and never get flagged
3.28 even with 200 should get you often flagged, so consider 3.2 as the real limit on any ping

KeepSprint/Sprint Reset may be fixed at any time

No, Lunar doesn't reset the sprint key when tapping instantly

like manthe said, resetting your sprint without stopping isnt possible
