Backtrack on Hypixel/MMC

Can anyone tell me if backtrack is bannable on Hypixel/MMC or not? I'm considering using it.
And what is the best backtrack config for high ping (~200ms), also low ping (~50 ms)?

Depends of the settings. For hypixel you can use the reach module instead of backtrack.

reach is fine on hypixel, backtrack is for more secure servers, each tick of backtrack is 50ms so on 200ms you'd be using 4 ticks and on 50ms you'd be using 1

No? It doesn't drop much fps while using backtrack, however there's an option to disable the render previous position.

On reach not, on backtrack, it depends on whether you are using the render function and, if you have that enabled, on the number of people in your lobby and your tick settings.
