There is no difference between rightclicker & fastplace serverside, except for that fastplace doesn't have any option to randomize it (which is necessary for some servers). 0 or 1 tick fastplace will essentially just be the same as a 20 cps rightclicker without randomization serverside.

If you don't play potpvp or souppvp, yes - else you might need to be careful

For hypixel you can use anything really just don't go above 20 cps for autoclicker. Just find whatever feels the best, too high cps might cause hitreg issues. You can use rightclicker on anything or fastplace thats up to you, I personally use fastplace.

I don't want to be mean but I think you've received enough config suggestions to make up your mind. Test all of them on an alt and see what works best for you

idk but I suppose it's half the speed of 1 tick since it's double the delay
