No, alt shops will not steal your main unless you give them your password. You won't get into legal trouble for buying alts, but may get ip banned from hypixel if you use too many alts.

I wouldn't ever trust MCLeaks, the vast majority of public hates it and seems to think its a rat.
You will get security alert banned if you try to log in without vypr or ipvanish.
And like the guy above, its 100% legal.
