He's legit. Checking got his most recent masters almost entirely legit. Wqlff's masters are all completely legit. Steww's masters have been legit to my knowledge, or just AC'ing (he gets like 3/szn xd).

2. They don't. A lot of them cheat, but not that violentally, more boosting then cheating. Wqlff does not cheat.
