I think it would be a good idea to add an admin esp that would show players in /vanish or what ever admins go invisible with if possible just so if we are hacking very blatant and it would be obvious to staff (X-ray, ESP, Kill aura, etc.).

Can't be done.

It would be an effort in futility to try and code something that detects staff members, and alerts you when one disappears from the server list. They could have just logged out or /hub'd, either way you're alerted. Long story short, not doable.
