For some reason my account got locked, im, pretty sure its because i forgot to refresh my ip

I tried to log onto vape while on a vpn then I got my account locked. I was interested on what would happen. So I put my account info in and then it locked me out and now I can't use vape. Probably just have to wait for a response from the support team. I just want to know if I can do anything...
