2 issues with Crystal Aura:
1- When we have our shield up and someone places a crystal in front of us, the auto-crystal feature automatically attacks that crystal, causing it to detonate and damage us.
2- When an opponent is using a shield, it would be great if the Crystal Aura didn't attack...
New option: disable on kill, as soon as you kill your opponent it will stop placing crystal to prevent loot from explode, also add so you can add whitelist.

The main problem is that auto obsidian placement doesn't work when the block you're looking at has fire on it. Since placing a block automatically breaks the fire anyway, Vape should simply ignore fire in this case.
