what is the difference between switch and single for killaura options

Switch, as the name implies, switches between two (or multiple) targets. It's more useful in modes where you're being attacked by several people at once (bedwars, skywars, etc). If you're going blatant I recommend using switch almost always.
As for single - it only targets one entity unless it's no longer within your set reach/FOV.
