Reach not working on hypixel

i dont know if its just me i was using reach on an alt on hypixel but it didnt even work
like i had it at 4.0 4.2
and even maxed it out to 6 6
still nothing is there something am doing wrong?

Works perfectly fine for me, and my reach is 3.5-4.2 with .5 hitboxes
