What are the best safe closet settings for hypixel?
My avg ping: 100-110
Ive heard i need fakelag so please inform me more on this
Also can i use fastplace?
id also like to use scaffold

FastPlace works fine
FakeLag isn't needed, but you can still use it with kinda high settings
Scaffold Legit mode, you can use any value, I recommend trying to replicate your speed and make it kinda faster
