Weird Autoclick Issue, help

I tried some external autoclickers (25 CPS) and the keystrokes only shows 10 CPS, and I tried with some others (30 CPS) and Minecraft detects sole clicks 10-17 with a lot of randomization

That are third-party mods you for this you should go to another forum. But Vape shows clicks as fast as you would so in the keystrokes.
