Vape V4 has had this feature since ages. I think it is a long overdue we get a new Vape Lite update!
So the hotbar manager basically keeps our hotbar slots clean. It should be a toggleable module that when turned on, moves a certain category of item/item to a certain hotbar slot, so we don't have to waste our time managing our inventory in highly intensive PvP situations. For example, we can set it so that when we press 'H', blocks will go to slot 2, sword will go to slot 1, projectiles will go to slot 8, etc, etc.
