its not cuz of bans i just like being able to move while combing more cps=disadvantage

It does. You can prevent the slowdown by using keepsprint (detectable) or active hit select (not/less detectable)

Is this their cps or your cps? That affects movenment speed cause I thought it was if you click faster = less kb for you?

You take less knockback the faster your CPS go up, but it also slightly slows you every hit. IMO with a good value that can be good for spacing in combos but if you're playing something like no debuff and want to combo lock your enemy you should definitely use active hit select or lower CPS.

i play worse when strictly autoclicking, now I'm using 5-9 while clicking over it, feels a lot better for PVP and I have more control.

Use 14.6 - 17.1 cps, aim assist medium setting, and 3.02-3.06 reach innit mate
