[V3] New module: SafeWalk

Seeing that an option for a right-click autoclicker has been added, it would be perfect if the module "SafeWalk" was added as well.

Module description: Pretty self explanatory, however it in essence saves you from falling off the edge of a block. Similar to the Scaffold module, without the actual shift/unshift action. Would be great to use in combination with the right click autoclicker to achieve some hard to do bridging techniques for sky/bedwars, etc.
