Hello, I bought vape lite at 14:48 CEST and when I try to launch vape lite and enter my credentials it tells me that they are incorrect. Do I still have to wait? I have already contacted the support but I came to see on the forum if a solution exists or if I just had to wait.

Idk if this is a bug for anyone else, but when I log into vape via the launcher, I sometimes have to type in my information up to 5 times. Every time it's the same password, but after 2-3 attempts, it usually lets me in. Try entering your credentials over and over again.

Problem solved, my password contained special characters and the client must not have liked it.
