It doesn't, it just a false flag. Most of UHC servers have shitty anticheat.
You can't accurately recognize a specific click pattern, else every modern anti cheat would have each mainstream client's randomization "implemented" as a flag.
not likely, they would have to have access to the code for vape.
Even then it'd be nearly impossible to accurately detect it/any decent auto clicker.

You can't really do that, the delay between each cps drop/spike is completely random.

This just means your cps was too high, not that the vape is detected. If you put your cps in range that someone get get legit with jitter or normal then you should be fine.
