It depend of the server you are playing on.
Guessing you're talking about Hypixel, once you get flagged don't use fly again(unless you're doing tntrun since its horizontal fly check is basically non existant). I haven't tried Vape phase though if you're getting TPed back that's normal with phase so aim for the corners.
