Does that include not being able to buy it with a prepaid visa gift card?
Probably yes, contact them for payment issues. You can also try to link the card to a PayPal account and use PayPal as a method of payment.
I love how you guys literally do my job for me most days, lol. Small correction though - we do not accept PSC anymore. However, we accept Steam Cards in any currency. Steam automatically converts the currency on the gift card to the currency of the person redeeming them (in our case, either $CDN or $USD), so that's typically the easiest way for people to pay for Vape if they can't use PayPal for whatever reason. Most of the time, when people have PSCs and they wish to use them to pay for Vape, we tell them to purchase a Steam Gift Card from a 3rd party site such as G2A or Kinguin. Amazon Gift Cards (AGC), however, are region locked and we can only accept AGCs from amazon.ca or amazon.com, if a user sends in a gift card from amazon.it or amazon.fr for example, we will not be able to redeem it.
Anyways, @NeonKill - @KhwPp is pretty much spot on here. We accept a variety of alternative payments, just not PSC. However, as said above - you can 'convert' your PSC to an accepted alternative payment fairly easily through the use of 3rd party websites. Note that we do not guarantee the safety of 3rd party sites, and there have been cases in the past where our users have purchased from the wrong seller and they got scammed. So, if you're going to send in an alternative payment and you need to convert your PSC, make sure you are purchasing your 'conversion' (SGC/AGC) from a trusted, reliable, highly rated seller.
We don't accept prepaid Visa gift cards outright, however as described above you can likely 'convert' your prepaid GC to an alternative payment method that we do accept. I also believe you can add prepaid Visas to a PayPal account, then just send the money directly from your PayPal to ours. You'll have to do a little research on your own to figure out how you want to do it.
