You can't fake fall damage to the server.
Either you take damage or you don't.

Well it's not possible.
However, it could be faked client-sided which could be then useful for streaming.

I think it's been done like damage fly for example which gave you damage but no damage.

Faking it to the server is not possible, but on faking it on the player screen might be possible. Could be helpful if you are recording.
