Try changing the screen resolution through Windows settings. For example, put more than you have through the video card settings or, on the contrary, reduce it, also try opening and closing in full screen

Try making your screen size bigger, and from there you can edit in the general settings the size of the GUI to Tiny
Then you can undo the first step and modify your GUI freely

Try making your GUI scale smaller, idk if it changes anything with vape but it should iirc
