Add an option to MurdererFinder to set all murderers to another colors (for visual modules)

most clients have this, I remember using flux on some shitty server like 5 years ago and even then it had a recolor for esp when someone was murderer (don't ask me why I was using flux on murder mystery) and I was wondering why vape still doesn't have this for ages

to add onto the suggestion I think it'd be pretty useful if there was a mode for tracers to only show the murderer so you knew when he was near you at all times
