Does keepsprint still bypass? I’m thinking of using it lol, btw i have 270 ms. Also pls recommend some good configs. Thx.

On hypixel yes but staff will ban you. If you don't give a single shit about staff then yes you can use it.
You can also use active hit select which looks the same as keep sprint but it activates only while comboing someone.
