How to use Vape V4 and Vape Lite in all versions (1.7.x-1.16.5)

You need:
1) 1.8.9 Forge
2) ViaForge 1.8.9 (Mod)
3) Any type of Vape (I didn't checked it on v3 and v2, I will check it after I'm done with this)
