Why on Hypixel when I use blc 3.1-3.2 it’s not that noticeable but with forge it’s a lot more???

It doesn't change anything.
But for the reach display mod, on badlion it doesn't show above 3.0 blocks reach.
But on forge it displays the extra reach properly.
