I've seen this in other ghost clients and think it would be a great addition to V4 & Lite AimAssist. If you don't know what Lock On Target is it's a feature in Aim Assist that makes it so you lock onto the target you are focusing. Used primarily in Team Fights and in Kit PVP where you are fighting numerous people at once.

'Aim on target.'
when aim on target is off, aim assist stops working when the player's crosshair is aiming at the target's hitbox. when aim on target is on, aim assist continues to aim at the center of the target
