Can I use BLC with the new update?

Could I use Vape Lite on Hypixel with BLC? I've been using Forge, but I just don't like it as much as BLC or Lunar. Is there anything I can do or do I just have to keep using Forge?

I'm looking for settings that look legit. I usually get around 50-80 ping.
